Day 1 Arrival in Cairo

Upon arrival at airport in Egypt, you will be warmly met by a representative, who will provide assistance and transfer to your accommodation to check-in.

Welcome to Egypt, the birth of civilization. Purchase your Egyptian Visa then clear customs and immigration.

Overnight: Cairo


Day 2 Full Day Cairo City Tour


  • Start your day with a guided tour of the Egyptian Museum where you will find artifacts of the Pharaonic era and the treasures of king Tutankhamen’s tomb.
  • Drive to Old Cairo, where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt.
  • Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue and Saint Sergius Church.
  • After lunch, drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque.
  • Enjoy a walking tour of the largest 13th century covered oriental market, Khan El Khalili Bazaar,

Overnight: Cairo – (B, L)


Day 3 Cairo - Luxor


  • After breakfast, transfer to Cairo domestic airport for your flight to Luxor.
  • Upon arrival, transfer to your luxury cruise ship for 4 nights Nile cruise.
  • Visit The Temple of Karnak & The Temple of Luxor Visit the West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

Optional Activities: Optional Sound & Light Show at the Karnak Temple.

Day 4 Luxor - Edfu


  • Early morning sail to Edfu via Esna.

Day 5 Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan


  • Travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt and the second largest after the Temple of Karnak.
  • Sail to Kom Ombo; visit Temple of Sobek and Haroeries.
  • Sail onward to Aswan.

Day 6 Aswan


  • Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries & Philae Temple view of Kitchener’s Island Botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca.

Day 7 Aswan - Cairo


  • After breakfast, disembarkation, transfer to Aswan airport for your flight back to Cairo.
  • Transfer back to the airport for your flight to Cairo.
  • Upon arrival in Cairo you are transferred to hotel.

Optional Activities:  You may participate in an optional tour to Abu Simbel (Contact us for prices) visit the colossal Temple of Ramses II and the temple of his beloved Queen Nefertari, both temples carved out of a hillside beside the Nile in the 13th century BC.

Day 8 Cairo Pyramids Tour


  • After breakfast; a scenic drive will take you to the Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza, which has stood for the last 5000 years.
  • Complete your visit at Giza with a tour of the Solar Boat Museum.
  • After lunch, continue to the ancient city of Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt, and then visit Sakkara, site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser.

Optional Activities:  Evening, Optional return to the Pyramids area for a Sound & Light Show.

Day 9 Depart Cairo

Departure: Transfer to Cairo airport for your flight home. – (B)
